In this case the customer will pay the full amount of the damages, and any report after returning the car and closing the contract will be invalid.
If the customer at fault , he/she bears the full damage to the car.
If the fault is on the second party, the customer’s responsibility is to review the competent authorities and obtain the insurance claim from the same area and submit the insurance claim with the car upon returning it.
If we have information about the other party, we will pursue them and demand the insurance company to compensate for the damages we have. However, our claim to the other party does not relieve you of your contractual obligations to pay for the damages if it is proven that you are the wrong party in the traffic report.
If there is a report from najm or traffic and there is no other party registered to the report, the customer is liable for 3000 to 5000 Riyal insurance policy.
Please contact the rental branch and then deliver and return it to the branch where you initially returned the car.
Please contact us at customer service to obtain a spare key. You are required to cover the cost of replacing the lost key.
Please contact Golden Customer Service for assistance. You have to pay the cost of handing over a spare key or towing the car to the nearest Branch location.
Any parking tickets or traffic violations caused by the renter, they are responsible for paying it
It is allowed to use the car outside the Kingdom only for the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council and Jordan after obtaining an authorization letter from the car rental branch for use outside the Kingdom and certified by the MOI system
